What we can help with
- Something wrong on a page. A changed price, a feature a provider has dropped, a broken link.
- Questions about a review. How we tested something, or what a result means.
- Choosing a VPN. If our comparison does not answer your question, ask. We will point you to the page that does, or tell you we have not tested it.
- Providers and partnerships. How we earn money explains commission. No one can pay for a review or a place in a list.
What we cannot help with
We are a review site, not a VPN provider. We cannot see your account, reset your password, cancel a subscription or process a refund.
Your VPN provider’s own support team can. Ask them first if a VPN will not connect, or if you want your money back within the refund period.
Corrections
Email us the page address and what is wrong, with a source if you have one. We check it against the provider’s own website or our test records. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and update the date it was last edited.
We do not change a review or a test result because a provider would prefer a different one.
