NordVPN vs Mozilla VPN in Australia
Mozilla VPN comes from the makers of Firefox and, Mozilla says, runs on Mullvad's server network. Like NordVPN it bills in Australian dollars. We have not tested Mozilla VPN yet; NordVPN was retested from Melbourne in October 2026.
On today's figures, NordVPN is cheaper per month, covers more devices at once, lists servers in more countries and has been through our own speed test.
NordVPN costs from A$4.79 a month on its cheapest plan, and Mozilla VPN from A$7.50. That makes NordVPN about A$2.71 a month cheaper today. Both offer a 30-day money-back period. NordVPN covers 10 devices at once and Mozilla VPN 5 devices at once. NordVPN lists servers in 150 countries and Mozilla VPN in 30+. We have tested NordVPN on a local server (97% of our download speed kept, October 2026) but not Mozilla VPN yet. In our calculated comparison today, NordVPN is number 2 and Mozilla VPN number 10.
